Irish Times reported in October 2000 that Gunne Commercial sold Annesley House public house, North Strand, for a price believed to be about GBP1.8m.[2] Irish Times event listings in June 2016 listed Annesley House, North Strand, as hosting The House Presents the Gregory Walkers with Caroline Moreau, plus Davina & the Messengers.[3]
