Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S1328 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for BALLINTEER HOUSE at BALLINTEER AVENUE in DUBLIN CITY with GREENBEAD LIMITED as licensee.[1]
Irish Times property coverage in 2017 described Ballinteer as a Dublin 16 neighbourhood with a village along Ballinteer Avenue, and named Ballinteer House and The Coach House as the area's two pubs.[2] The same report said both pubs served food.[2]
