Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S0198 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for CASSIDYS at 42 LOWER CAMDEN STREET in DUBLIN CITY with SMARTRIDGE HOLDINGS LIMITED as licensee.[1]

Irish Times reported in 2006 that Jack Carvill's off-licence at 42 Lower Camden Street had been much treasured and admired, and said Carvill set up a branch there when the business was listed in The Industries of Dublin.[2]
