Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref 1011789 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for FLANNERYS OF CAMDEN STREET at 6 and 7 and rear areas of 8 and 9 Camden Street Lower in DUBLIN CITY with CAMDEN STREET TAVERNS LIMITED as licensee.[1] The Irish Independent reported that a consortium agreed in 2008 to pay EUR14.5 million for Flannery's public house and two other properties on Camden Street.[2] In September 2013, the Irish Independent reported that Camden Street Investments Ltd obtained a temporary High Court order preventing Vanguard Property Finance Ltd from appointing a receiver over Flannery's.[3] In 2014, The Irish Times reported that Flannery's had entered examinership and that a survival scheme was before the High Court.[4]
