Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S1308 as a Publican's Licence (Ordinary) Hotel - BF - 1902 Act (Public Bar) for KELLYS HOTEL/L'GEUELETON at 36-37 SOUTH GREAT GEORGES STREET, AND 1/2/3 FADE STREET in DUBLIN CITY with TELFER LIMITED as licensee.[1]

Irish Times restaurant coverage in 2006 described L'Gueuleton on Fade Street as the most talked-about new restaurant in Ireland in the previous year.[2] Irish Times coverage in 2007 referred to L'Gueuleton as the French place on Fade Street and linked it to chef Troy Maguire before his move to Locks.[3] In 2020, The Irish Times reviewed L'Gueuleton at Fadebrook House, 1 Fade Street, and said it had opened in 2004 before later trends for small plates in Dublin.[4]
