An Coimisiun Pleanala case PL06D.305227 concerned a greenfield site at the rear of 44-45 Castle Street, Dalkey, for a detached two-storey house and a two-storey terrace of three houses, and the case decision was to grant permission with revised conditions on 2020-02-06.[2]
