Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S4607 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for MULLIGAN AND HAINES at 32 DAME STREET in DUBLIN CITY with DM VENUE LIMITED as licensee.[1]

The Irish Times described Mulligan & Haines on Dame Street as a new Ulysses-related bar in 2017.[2]

An Irish Independent Bloomsday article notes that Stephen Dedalus's companions Mulligan and Haines waited at The Ship in Abbey Street in Ulysses.[3]
