Irish Independent reported in December 2022 that Newtown House pub at Malahide Road Industrial Estate, Belcamp, Dublin 5, came to market with a EUR1.4m guide price on behalf of retiring Tipperary publican Tom Reddan.[2] The same report said the lock-up premises extended to 3,700 sq ft and its accommodation included a front bar, three lounge bars, kitchen, and stores.[2]
