A MetroLink cultural-heritage appendix lodged with An Bord Pleanala lists O'Neills Town House at 36 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, with DCC protected-structure ref DCC 6501 and NIAH ref 50020332, and it lists O'Neills Whiskey Bonders at 37 Pearse Street with DCC ref DCC 6502 and NIAH ref 50020333.[2]
