Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref N1084 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for PIPERS CORNER at 105/106 MARLBOROUGH STREET in DUBLIN CITY with ROSIE HACKETT HOLDINGS LIMITED as licensee.[1]

In a 2025 Irish Times article on Dublin pub culture, Donal Fallon placed Pipers Corner on Marlborough Street among pubs where musicians' corners show that pubs are more than drink-led spaces.[2]
