Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S0223 as a Publican's Licence (Ordinary) Hotel - BF - 1902 Act (Public Bar) for RUSSELL COURT HOTEL at 21/25 HARCOURT STREET in DUBLIN CITY with TRIGLEN HOLDINGS LIMITED as licensee.[1]

Irish Times reported in 2006 that Russell Court Hotel on Harcourt Street agreed at Richmond District Court to install a wheelchair-accessible toilet and compensate a disabled man after Triglen Holdings Ltd, trading as the Russell Court, conceded he had been given incorrect accessibility information.[2] Irish Times reported in 2019 that the High Court ruled Triglen Holdings, owner of Dublin's Russell Court Hotel, could set off a EUR51,435 security-firm debt against potential liability for four injury claims.[3] Irish Times reported in 2022 that Russell Court Hotel housed Dicey's, Krystle, and Bond nightclub on Harcourt Street.[4]
