Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S0251 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for SANDYFORD HOUSE at SANDYFORD in DUBLIN CITY with NAVYBELL LIMITED as licensee.[1]
Irish Independent reported in 2014 that pub and hotel specialists Morrisseys had been retained to sell Sandyford House in Sandyford village with a guide price of about EUR2.75 million.[2] The same report said the sale was on the instructions of Myles Walsh and the Walsh family, who had run the bar for more than a century and were retiring from the licensed trade.[2] It also reported that the pub extended to 1,231.86 sq m on a site of almost 1.2 acres.[2]
