Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref N0852 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for THE CONCORDE LOUNGE at Edenmore Avenue, Raheny, with GRAND LIQUEUR LIMITED as licensee.[1]
An Coimisiun Pleanala case PL29N.302573 identifies the location as The Concorde Lounge, Edenmore Shopping Centre, Raheny, Dublin 5, in a 2018-2019 planning appeal about proposed student accommodation above the site. The appeal was refused on 29 January 2019.[3]
The inspector's report for the same appeal gives useful physical context: Edenmore Shopping Centre is described as a neighbourhood centre between Tonlegee Road and Woodbine Road, and the building is described as containing The Concorde public house and retail units on the ground floor, with residential accommodation above.[4]
A separate Valuation Tribunal judgment for another Edenmore Shopping Centre licensed premises repeatedly used The Concorde Lounge as a local comparator. The tribunal noted it as another licensed premises in the same shopping centre, but rejected treating the two pubs as directly comparable without stronger evidence.[5]
