Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref 1002785 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for THE MALTHOUSE at 27 AND 28 JAMES STREET in DUBLIN CITY with MALT HOUSE BREW LIMITED as licensee.[1]
Irish Times reported in 1998 that The Malt House public house at 27/28 James Street, Dublin 8, was withdrawn by Morrisseys in a commercial-property auction listing.[2]
