Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S3606 as a Publican's Licence (Ordinary) Hotel - BF - 1902 Act (Resident's Bar) for THE ROXFORD LODGE HOTEL at 46 NORTHUMBERLAND ROAD in DUBLIN CITY with DT HOSPITALITY LIMITED as licensee.[1]
Irish Independent reported in 1999 that the Roxford Lodge Hotel at 46 Northumberland Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 was to be put under the hammer by Gunne's licensed and hotel division with a GBP2.5 million guide.[2] The report described it as a luxury refurbished 20-bedroom hotel in a three-storey red-brick period Victorian building with secure rear parking and a self-contained single-storey office building.[2]
