Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref S3055 as a Publican's Licence (Ordinary) Hotel - BF - 1902 Act (Public Bar) for THE TEMPLE BAR HOTEL at 13/14/15/16/17 AND 18 FLEET STREET, 16A ADAIR LANE AND 7 AND 8 PRICE'S LANE in DUBLIN CITY with TUC T BAR HOTEL (DUBLIN) LIMITED as licensee.[1]

The Irish Times reported in 1996 that An Bord Pleanala had cleared the way for a 60-bedroom hotel at 18 Fleet Street and 7/8 Price's Lane, Dublin 2.[2] In 2015, The Irish Times reported that FBD Hotels and Resorts sold the Temple Bar Hotel in Dublin to Boston-based Pyramid Hotel Group, after CBRE had guided between EUR27 million and EUR30 million for the hotel.[3] The same 2015 report described the property as a three-star hotel with 132 en suite bedrooms and a food-and-beverage operation.[3] Irish Times coverage in 2020 placed a reopened Temple Bar Hotel lobby on Fleet Street during the early reopening phase after Covid-19 restrictions.[4]
