Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref N0081 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for TOLKA HOUSE at 10 Glasnevin in Dublin city, with SWAMPSIDE LIMITED as licensee.[1]

The Irish Times reported that the Tolka House pub in Glasnevin was hit by severe flooding in August 2008 when water entered the premises from the front and back.[2]

Assistant manager Colin Keown told The Irish Times that the pub had been flooded four times in the previous five years and that the 2008 flooding was the worst of those incidents.[2]

The Irish Times reported in 1998 that Tom O'Malley, owner of Tolka House bar in Glasnevin, was understood to have bought the Eagle House bar and restaurant in Dun Laoghaire.[3]
