In July 2023, the Kerryman reported that a charity five-a-side soccer tournament in aid of Dystonia Ireland was organised in Tralee, with Turner’s Bar listed among the participating teams/bars.[2]
The Kerryman later reported photos from the same event (held on July 23, 2023) and included a photo captioned as the Turner’s Bar team taking part.[3]
