Each eligible member counts once per pub over seven Irish calendar days. Ties use distinct members in the last 48 hours, then the pub name. Equal activity shares a place.
Staff, demo accounts, pub managers, restricted accounts and withdrawn visits do not count. New accounts become eligible after 24 hours. Gifts and prices cannot buy a place.
These are voluntary PubHub check-ins, not measured footfall. Town/city boards use checked pub mappings; Carlow is the first small pilot.
