Listing history

Revenue's renewed-liquor-licence register lists licence ref N0187 as a Publican's Licence (7-Day Ordinary) for KAVANAGH'S at 1/2 AUGHRIM STREET AND, 48/49 MANOR STREET in DUBLIN CITY with PUNDIT LIMITED as licensee.[1]

NIAH records Kavanagh's at 1-2 Aughrim Street and Manor Street as registry number 50070073, with previous name William Robinson, tea, wine and spirit merchant, original use as public house, current use as public house, and date range 1900-1905.[2]

Dublin City Council's Record of Protected Structures lists RPS ref. 4885 as 48-49 Manor Street, Dublin 7, described as licensed premises Kavanagh's, including 1-3 Aughrim Street.[3]
